On 12th October 2014 at 630 a.m. the students and the teachers came to school. Tet are going to go to Besni. They wrer the teachers : Anna Solczyńska, Mirosława Walicka, Robert Lewandowski and Tadeusz Twarużek, and students : Malwina Banasik, Martyna Czubachowska, Marta Niedziela, Katarzyna Drzewiecka, Layth Al- Khatib, Klaudiusz Budkiewicz, Filip Wrzesiński, Adam Nagala and Jan Wikaryczak. Two buses went to Berlin at 640 a.m. After some time We arrived to the airport. We made check-in. At 200 p.m. we were on the plane. We flew with turkish’s airlines Pegasus Airlines. We landed in Stambuł. At 815 p.m. we were in the second plane. In Gaziantep we were at10 p.m. Abdurrahman Dede – Besni’s English teacher was watching for us. We were at 1 p.m. in Besni. We went to familys’ homes with our Turkish friends.
On the second day of our trip we and our friends went to the beautiful view hill. We saw the local areas and their shape, cemetery and city streets. Later we went to the coffee’s garden. We were singing, speaking and playing on the guitar. Then ww went to local bazzar. There were so many fruits, vegetables and spices. Later we were going to the school’s canteen. We ate dinner there. Then the Italian Group joined. All people went to school. We ate a big cake “Welcome to Turkey” there. We got come cap. We visited the local school. Later we went to the office of the city. After that we changed our money and we came back with friends to their homes. In the evening, polish and Turkish students met in the club. We were dancing and drinking cola there.
On Tuesday 14th October at 8 a.m. we went on the trip to Gaziantep. After 2 hour we arrived at the Museum of Archeology. Later we went to the restaurant. We ate 9- dish dinner there. It was fantastic. There is delicious food in Turkey. After that we went to Coppersmith Bazar. When we made little shopping we went for Turkish coffee. Later we came to the shopping center. At 630 p.m. we came back to Besni.
Another day in Turkey and it appeared to be nice. The sun was shining and it was warm. At 1030 a.m. we met in the school canteen. We went to two offices together. Where we met up with local authorities. After about 2 hours we went back to the school. We cooking there. Each country cooked their own dish. Polish people cooked sweet dumplings with cheese and raisins. At about 2 p.m. we separated. We had some free time. At 7 p.m. the disco started – only for students. It lasted for 3 hours.
16th October 2014 we went on the trip to Şanlıurfa. We stopped to a viewpoint. We look the dam on Eufrat river there, where energy for all region of Adiyaman is produced. After a short break we went back to the bus. Then we went to Harran County, it is settlement from XVIII s.b.c. After that, we went to The shopping center. When we finished our meal and shopping we went to Balikli Gol. It is a special lake where you can see many carps. Very clean water and beautiful architecture was amazing. When we hopped some souvenirs we went on the castle hill. We saw scenery of the city which it was beautiful. We made a few photos and came back down. We walked streets of the city and we reached Yildiz Sarayi Konikevi, where were waiting for our dinner with Turkish music. The tasty food, rhythmic music, dance and lough all was in this restaurant. By the way we met a lot of Turkish culture, because we were sitting and eating on a floor there. Even thought it was very comfortable. After the end of the party we went to Besni. About 1030 p.m. we got back at home.
The last day of the exchange started very early. At 530 a.m. we were on our way to the air port. We went to Gaziantep. After briefing and waiting for our delayed plane, at 920 a.m. we took off. After two hours of flight we landed in Istambuł. We have next briefing there. We ate lunch and at 1220 a.m. we were in a second plane. We were traveling with Turkish Airlines. English language was very useful on a board, because there was a problem with our places. Happily thanks our knowledge, everything ended well. A t about 3 p.m. we landed in Berlin. When we took our luggage we were waiting for the buses, which took us home. Finally at 5 p.m. we started from the airport. During the route we stopped in McDonals to eat some dinner. At about 930 p.m. we reached Strzelno.
This trip provided us with a lot of experience and positives emotions. It checked and improved our language skills and fulfilled our dreams. We all enjoyed the trip and we are thankful to the Comenius program that we could learn about different cultures in the world. Now we are looking for to meeting in Italy.
